This is an evergreen resource for access and review of District policies. We are currently updating and re-formatting existing District policies into compliant PDF formats and adopting new policies on an ongoing basis as necessary to provide clarity and efficiency in day-to-day District operations.
A top-level District policy that establishes the framework for District policy development, approval, implementation, review, and maintenance, including the respective roles of the Board of Directors and the APCO. This provides the operational toolset for the District to systematically address policy gaps or revisions, ensuring ongoing consistency, improved public service, and liability mitigation without delaying routine administrative updates.
Policy 26-01.pdfPolicy to allow eligible external organizations to use designated District community spaces for mission aligned activities that are intended to serve community benefiting purposes. Use of community space cannot incur expenses outside of routine District activities.
